These Guest Guidelines have been created to help ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout your stay.

1. Hotel Hours

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your arrival.

2. Property Access

Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas is built on the mountainside, which means that access to guest rooms includes natural slopes, ramps, and stairs that are part of the property’s unique landscape.

During the rainy season, portions of the access road may be unpaved and uneven. We recommend driving carefully when arriving at the hotel.

3. Respect for the Natural Environment

Our hotel is surrounded by tropical jungle, home to birds, butterflies, iguanas, geckos, coatis,

and many other native species.

We kindly ask our guests to:

Respect the local wildlife and vegetation.

Refrain from feeding wild animals.

Avoid removing plants, flowers, or natural elements.

Dispose of waste only in designated areas.

Preserving this beautiful environment is everyone’s responsibility.

4. Smoking Policy

To protect the safety of our guests and preserve our buildings, which are primarily constructed with wood and traditional palm-thatched roofing, smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor areas.

5. Pet Policy

To maintain the comfort of all guests and preserve our facilities, pets are not permitted.

This restriction does not apply to certified service animals, in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Adults-Only Policy

Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas is an adults-only property.

Only guests 18 years of age or older may stay at the hotel.

7. Pool & Bar

Hours of Operation:

9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

For hygiene, safety, and environmental reasons:

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.

Food and beverages purchased from our restaurant or bar may be enjoyed while following staff instructions.

We kindly ask guests to avoid using glass containers around the pool.

Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.

Please note that no lifeguard is on duty.

8. Quiet Hours

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere that defines Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas,

we kindly ask all guests to respect our quiet hours.

Beginning at 9:00 p.m., please avoid:

Loud music.

Parties.

Noisy gatherings.

Any activity that may disturb the rest and relaxation of other guests.

9. Visitors

Outside visitors are welcome only through our Day Pass Program, subject to availability,

registration at Reception, and payment of the applicable fee.

Visitors are not permitted without prior authorization.

10. Beach & Pool Towels

Each guest will receive one towel for use at the beach or pool.

We kindly ask that you:

Use one towel per guest per day.

Return it after use.

Help us prevent damage caused by dyes, colored sunscreens, or other staining substances.

Lost or permanently damaged towels may be subject to a replacement charge.

11. Lost & Found

Items found on the property will be safely stored for up to two weeks following the guest’s departure.

After this period, unclaimed items will be handled according to the hotel’s internal procedures.

If a guest requests shipment of a forgotten item, all shipping costs will be the guest’s responsibility.

12. Damage to Hotel Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay to:

Guest rooms.

Furniture.

Linens and towels.

Decorative items.

Equipment.

Locks.

Keys.

Any other hotel property.

When necessary, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repair, replacement, or specialized cleaning costs.

13. Parking

Limited on-site parking is available, along with additional parking spaces outside the property.

Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Parking areas are not supervised.

Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas is not responsible for theft, damage to vehicles,

or personal belongings left inside them.

14. Safety

For your safety, we recommend that you:

Keep your room locked whenever you leave.

Avoid leaving valuables unattended.

Report any unusual situation to our staff immediately.

Our team is always available to assist you.

15. Emergencies

In case of an emergency:

Remain calm.

Follow the instructions provided by hotel staff.

Use designated evacuation routes if necessary.

Contact Reception immediately for assistance.
