At Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas, we strive to provide clear and transparent policies so our guests

can book with confidence.

Flexible Rate

Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a

100% refund of the amount paid.Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date

will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.

In the event of a No-Show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date) or an early departure,

no refunds will be issued for unused nights.

Non-Refundable Rate

Certain promotions and special offers are available under a Non-Refundable Rate.

By selecting this type of rate, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation request is submitted.

Changes to travel dates or reservation modifications are not permitted, unless expressly

authorized by the hotel.

Special Holiday Periods

Reservations made for Christmas, New Year’s, Easter Week, long weekends, public holidays,

and other designated holiday periods are Non-Refundable, unless a different policy is expressly

stated at the time of booking.
