Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the arrival date: free of charge.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival: a charge equivalent to 100% of the total stay will be applied.

No Show and early departures: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged, without the right to a refund.

Special seasons: During Christmas, New Year, Easter, official long weekends and holidays,

all reservations are non-refundable, so cancellations, modifications or refunds do not apply,

regardless of the date they are requested.
